Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation with your Order ID.

Failed Delivery / RTO

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  1. Our courier partner will attempt re-delivery.
  2. If the package returns to us, our team will contact you.
  3. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Package

We take every precaution, but if your order arrives damaged:

Do not accept the package.
Contact us within 24 hours.
